Recruitment process

For Professional roles, this is the process of hiring at UPS:

  • Candidate submits application
  • Once selected, candidate is contacted by the hiring manager to schedule an interview
  • If candidate is successful after an interview, the candidate will go through several background checks including reference checks, criminal history checks and a pre-employment medical check
  • If successful in passing backgrounds, candidate is presented with a verbal and written offer with a start date
  • Candidate completes new hire onboarding documentation
