Justin [00:00:08] So in my opinion, I think you need to be prepared for pretty much anything. You need to know your company. You need to know, especially when you get towards the end of your interviews. You need to know the team and suss out the type of work that they do. And it sounds ridiculous, but you also sort of need to know yourself. Just prepare what you know like what else you do outside of engineering? At the end of the day, they're hiring a whole person, not just someone that knows things.
