Direct managers usually set up weekly catch up meetings, and encourage feedback and recognition communication. Team managers also set up monthly catch up to check in. Both make great mentors and happy to answer any questions and provide support when necessary

All my managers have been great. They've been invested in my development and have always made time and found ways to support me. They have all trusted me to manage my workload and time, and encouraged me to pursue opportunities I was interested in. Even after my rotations in their areas, they still reach out to see how I'm going.
