The pay is very satisfactory for me

The graduate program pay is in line with the industry and other 'big 4' banks/consulting firms. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered my current salary, it was above my expectation by $15,000. I'm not in a role that is tied to bonuses so I can't comment on that.

I think the finance graduate salary is very reasonable and competetive.

Pay is lower than other similar jobs, but they attract people because of their training/development opportunities. They have heard this feedback and may update their grad salaries.

We have an Allianz Day Off which is an additional day of leave to our normal annual leave given as a reward for meeting company targets. We also have volunteering leave which we are encouraged to use so we can be active in the community. We also have access to discounted insurance and partner discounts.
