Learning and development workshops are set up through out the year, while they can be interesting and interactive, there are no follow up on the skills and teachings discussed previously

Most of the learning has been experiential (learning by doing) but we also have 'lunch and learns', and an online training platform for compliance and corporate training. I was sponsored and given study leave to complete a post graduate diploma as well.
