Salary at Australian Taxation Office (ATO)

With career progression the pay progressively increases. There are no bonuses.

Happy with my pay compared to graduate programs at other firms such as in the private sector.

The APS pays reasonably well, especially for a graduate. We don't receive bonuses.

Pay is very reasonable for a starting position. The super is great.

Bonuses aren't provided at my level and overtime is limited. The pay is determined by an Enterprise Agreement and cannot be negotiated on an individual level.This makes promotion to higher APS levels the main way of making more money within the organisation.

I think the pay is reasonable.

Good superannuation and a week extra leave at Christmas

The forced shutdown in December means that you get 6 business days off, and it doesn't eat into your annual leave - that's cool!

Flex. The fact that all hours spent working are accounted for & can be used instead of leave.

Our superannuation is about 50% higher than the private sector (15.4% vs 10.5%)

Flex hours, ability to work anytime in-between 7am and 7pm, hybrid working arrangements.
