How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
I am allowed to start work at any time from 7am to 7pm. I start at 7am and finish at 2:51pm. Further, I work 2 days from home and 3 from the office which provides a good balance. Also, I have the ability to build up flex time which I can use at a later date instead of using an annual leave day.

Yes very flexible. We need to do an average of 7.21 hours of work a day but can work over or under and make up the hours later

Standard daily work is 7.21 hours. You can have two 15 minute breaks (morning/afternoon tea), and your lunchbreak must be a minimum of 30 minutes. Most team leaders just want to have a basic understanding of your desired work hours. Most people seem to start work between 7:30am-8:30am. You do need to be mindful of team meetings though, so obviously you can't start at 9:30am if you have a 9:00am team meeting.

The current split of 3 days in the office and two at home is perfect. It provides a good balance.

Start and finish times are pretty flexible depending on which area you are working in, hours to be worked within a 7am to 7pm bandwidth. We are required to work 3 days in the office, with 2 days WFH.

Extremely flexible - I haven't heard of a better system than the one the ATO employs

There is extreme flexibility available. Some weeks will be much busier than others but the following week may be less busy and is a good opportunity to utilise the flex hours built up and relax after busy periods.
Graduate, Central Cost
Extremely flexible. Expected to work 7.21 hours a day.

I worked full time, and if you work extra, you get to accrue 'flex time' where you can use it for an appointment on a Monday morning, or days where you felt like taking time off earlier. The managers are very flexible on the start and end time, as long as you do the full work hours everyday/ using your flex if you leave early.
