Our Australian business has had a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in place since 2017 with goal of building the capacity and capability of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. In 2022 we were proud to launch our second phase two of our plan which includes building relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders and organisations, developing historical and cultural understanding, celebrating NAIDOC and National Reconciliation Week, and providing opportunities for First Nations peoples.
