Pros & Cons

  • Culture, opportunities and projects.
  • The support, diversity and variety of project work
  • Support from team
  • Great support network, good learning opportunities, and being able to work on a variety of different projects in various fields.
  • The people and the exposure to jobs
  • Needs more mid- and senior-level technical engineers to support juniors at early stages of project
  • Sometimes simple tasks can get quite hectic
  • Not much room for input
  • The salary does not seem competitive compared to other engineering roles elsewhere. It appears difficult to promote, hence the high turnover of intermediates.
  • Struggling to find a good mentor.

Really modern, clean, and aesthetically pleasing office which is easy to feel comfortable in. The location is excellent: easy to get to, right in the heart of the city, with lots of things to do nearby Dress-code is professional, but perhaps more relaxed than comparable engineering consultancies
