Depends, on-site is not flexible, must be in-person. Corporate roles are more flexible, such as working from home.

It depends on the project. Some projects can provide great flexibility. I can currently start at 7am and log off at 4pm, but this is a luxury. However not all projects and roles are like this. Site is expected to work from 9 to 10hrs everyday, on a permanent basis, some are without any site allowance.

I work flexibly. Mostly from home, I come into the office with my team twice a week. I have the freedom to go in more or less day if I choose to. Company does recommend we go in to office as much as we can. In terms of work hours, in my role there is good work life balance. I am doing an 8 hour day, up to an hour extra if necessary but not usually required. Managers encourage work life balance.

The company has an excellent flexible working policy. I choose to work from the office but would typically work an 8.5-9 hour day. There is very rarely any pressure to work outside of my contracted hours.

The company can provide some flexibility, however the hours are long and the culture often makes you work longer hours just through seeing other people doing so even if it isn't specifically stated. Different departments have different flexibility schemes, but working on site provides very little wiggle room to not work long hours.

Hours are typically driven by the amount of work which needs to get done, and can be quite long during peak periods. However this means that work days can also be quite short during periods of down time. Days will normally be between 8 and 10 hours with occasional longer/shorter days.
