Steadfast Group Graduate Stories

The most enjoyable thing about my job is communicating with a range of people from different industries and learning about their businesses and processes. The role allows for travel across the country, including regional and metropolitan locations; allowing myself to see parts of the country that I would not otherwise see in an office-centric role.

It can be a little daunting starting a new role in a new industry but their feedback definitely helped me throughout my rotations. Furthermore there is a really engaging group of young professionals at Steadfast which have been a pleasure to work with. 

Steadfast genuinely care about their employees. Particularly in my situation, Steadfast understand that I’m ambitious with my sporting commitments and so they fully support me to leave earlier on my training days and manage my responsibilities accordingly.

The ability to take ownership of tasks, projects and responsibilities. My day is set by me and it is up to me to decide when and how I am going to complete my work.

The coolest thing about working for Steadfast is that I feel that I am working with leading professionals that I can learn from and that they will push me to take on new and challenging opportunities. Not all companies have this support from senior executives, but Steadfast do and that’s what makes them stand out.

The culture is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and approachable and even if they can’t answer your question, they are more than happy to point you in the right direction. This culture has been solidified by all the staff who have been at Steadfast for a number of years.
