At TAL we ensure that all LGBTI+ employees experience a safe and inclusive environment that enables them to perform at their best.
At TAL we have a large and diverse LGBTI+ community. It's important that we create an inclusive culture for everyone who identifies as LGBTI+, as well as those who are friends, family and colleagues of people who identify as LGBTI+, so everyone can be their authentic selves, feel supported at work to be able to perform at their best.
The TAL Pride employee action group comprises people from across the business.
The key focus areas of the employee action group are:
- Develop our LGBTI+ employee experience to enable our employees to bring their whole selves to work to perform at their best
- Understand our LGBTI+ customers so that their relationship with TAL is a positive one
- Contribute to the LGBTI+ community by leveraging our community partnerships.
