Our Recruitment Process Including

  1. CV screening
  2. Call with HR User call (Candidate can have 1-2 user calls depending on the role)
  3. Final result 

1. Experience in having professional-Casual Interview

  • We conduct our interview in a casual style and some of our interviewers are foreigners. We always provide some space in our interview to give explanations about our company, products, and the roles that we offer so candidates also have a direct discussion with the interviewer

2. Certainty of the Interview's Result

  • We always give certainty results to our candidates, whether they get rejected or accepted max 7 working days from the interview"

  • - You need to adapt fast - Sometimes the higher management changes are not communicated first so you must stay updated - Cross-functional troubleshooting mostly must come from your own initiatives, if you need support you have to ask. There's still not yet an official ground protocol for this
  • The brand culture is not really exposed
