Qualifications:
- Walk, jog, run, drive or ride to any and all hotels to find leads or prospect clients
- Speak and pitch ZEN Services with multiple hotel managers and/or owners
- Write a win-win proposal
- Persistently follow up on your proposals
- Chat and laugh with the team and partake in the friendly team competition
- Persistently negotiate on the deal
- Close the sale, and figure out how to spend the boat loads of commissions earned

To make sure hotels' bills and invoices are correct and keep hotels satisfaction.
I'm assisting hoteliers in finance documents, issues and troubleshooting their concerns aside from allotment, reservation and pricing matters.
My role is to maintain revenue of properties that i handle and find a way to maximize it by analyzing the market and demand. Make strategies for the properties base on their needs.

- You need to adapt fast - Sometimes the higher management changes are not communicated first so you must stay updated - Cross-functional troubleshooting mostly must come from your own initiatives, if you need support you have to ask. There's still not yet an official ground protocol for this
