Flexible working hours and the potential to work from home Opportunities to offer valuable feedback - Have more responsibility, able to do a lot of different things
Remote working, Creative and innovative environment, work independently, Fast paced, Great to learn new things
Giving me save space to learn, make mistakes, and be proactive also gives me so many perspectives about seeing works from humanistic view
- You need to adapt fast - Sometimes the higher management changes are not communicated first so you must stay updated - Cross-functional troubleshooting mostly must come from your own initiatives, if you need support you have to ask. There's still not yet an official ground protocol for this
The brand culture is not really exposed
Sometimes when it comes to deciding something need to follow the process (basically a bit long process), It will be hard for an employee to get along and initiate communication if she/he does not familiar with working in the multicultural workplace
