Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day pricing to ensure partners' occupancy targets are met
- Acting as ZEN's representative to ensure partners' demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Having regular meetings with partners to review performance & pricing strategies, deliver reports & recommendations
- Responsible for performance under management to achieve revenue target KPIs and taking necessary action promptly
- Perform data analysis to track and improve KPI performance
- Implement pricing and non-pricing (e.g. promotion, distribution, content management) strategies to help hostel realize their maximum revenue potential
- Liaise with other functional teams to ensure deliverables are on track
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and pandemic news
