Job Description:

  • Manage the day-to-day pricing to ensure partners' occupancy targets are met
  • Acting as ZEN's representative to ensure partners' demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
  • Having regular meetings with partners to review performance & pricing strategies, deliver reports & recommendations
  • Responsible for performance under management to achieve revenue target KPIs and taking necessary action promptly
  • Perform data analysis to track and improve KPI performance
  • Implement pricing and non-pricing (e.g. promotion, distribution, content management) strategies to help hostel realize their maximum revenue potential
  • Liaise with other functional teams to ensure deliverables are on track
  • Staying updated with the latest industry trends and pandemic news

  • Giving me save space to learn, make mistakes, and be proactive also gives me so many perspectives about seeing works from humanistic view

Cons

    • - You need to adapt fast - Sometimes the higher management changes are not communicated first so you must stay updated - Cross-functional troubleshooting mostly must come from your own initiatives, if you need support you have to ask. There's still not yet an official ground protocol for this

    • The brand culture is not really exposed

    • Sometimes when it comes to deciding something need to follow the process (basically a bit long process), It will be hard for an employee to get along and initiate communication if she/he does not familiar with working in the multicultural workplace
