ZEN Rooms culture such dynamic, goal driven, and unique. About the structure we have such a big structure that posted on organizational chart that shows from SEA level, managerial, until staff position. We cooperate with people who live in other regions as well as we operate in 5 countries and we normally socialize virtually with them

The culture in the company is actually great because everyone seems to be keeping the goal of company on top of the list. After hours also very little contact me, even none from my manager, he's also very against working on weekends. Team work is really great amongst my colleagues.

The structure is clear and lean, everyone can came up to the higher management for inputs. There's no wall, just be mindful of still be respective and know what you're doing. Cooperation is great, again, when you're clear in communicating your needs and support you seek, everyone is so helpful. Basically, everyone is a good team player, so it's competitive in a very interesting way. Socialising after hours are amazing, we're friends beyond work while still be professional colleagues at work.
