As i mention before, the team is really supportive especially the manager. My manager would definitely support and help us in every moment and i also learn a lot from her.

Yep! 100% My manager rocks, i learn a lot about leadership from her. She's using sandwich feedback and her communication skill is spectacular. She knows when to give recognition and praise, also outside work, she's encouraging us to be better and takes care of us as a leader would do.
