Application Process & Interviews at ZEN Rooms

My first interview was with the HR manager, it went really great. After that it was with my now manager/team leader, it went great, he asked about my job at that time and my academic background. After that I was interviewed with our regional manager and he asked about the product/service we sell.

The interview process was very clear, neat and hassle-free!

I have 4 interviews. the first 2 was with HR, HR generalist and HR manager. After that, another 2 interviews from user, Revenue Manager and Revenue Director.

- I was approached through LinkedIn by Hiring Manager - Proceed to interview with Hiring Manager, then User (Head of Revenue Management) then Director of Revenue - All process took place within less than 2 weeks, it was quick and all on point

Basically just several interviews after profile screening

My ability on using excel software, my job at that time, my academic background, the product/service we offer on the company.

My motivation, what did I do to regain my energy, what are you seeking for in ZEN and what was my contribution to the previous company and what will I bring to my current role

What is the expectation from company to me?

Experienced of working or knowledge especially in Hospitality, Tourism tech/Startup Industry - Market sizing question during interview with User - Mathematical question

Just be real. Be prepared for the fast-paced environment.

Be you! Take your time in answering the questions ask and be mindful. Be there earlier than scheduled so you'll not worry about the preparation. Ensure that you have stable internet connection and clear voice if you're interviewing online. Ensure you renew your CV/Resume and aligned it with the position you're applying for.

Be honest regarding your experience. If you are good at something, explain what you can do. If you are not good at something, be honest and explain how you handle your weakness.

Make sure to have great communication skills especially during interview - Be prepared with a fast paced culture and independent working - have a bright mindset and open minded always, so you could always share your ideas and input for the company to grow
