Salary at ZEN Rooms

My pay I think is pretty fair. I get Ramadhan bonus but that's it.

ZEN is quite generous, we are given bonus by merit based. That motivates me personally, to do better and perform. I think it's hard to negotiate a higher salary for current employee, it's a slow raise.

For me as a fresh graduate, the salary is more than enough. It makes me feel "valued"
