The interview process began with a psychometric analysis and competency assessment. Then came I had to follow a link online to respond to certain questions in video format within a limited period of time. Finally, I had an online interview and received a phone call from my new manager and met at the head office.

The casual rates I received for my current position are standard for the market if not slightly better, especially considering I have not graduated yet.

The formal training consisted of simple modules that were very general but related to the industry. I found much more value from the in-formal training where my mentors worked with me to develop my skills in my day to day work.

My company is very flexible with working hours, currently requiring 5 days in the office per fortnight for full-time employees.
