I love the energy that working at Coles brings; it’s an instant buzz every morning walking in.

While my role within the project team does involve relatively in-depth analysis, it's basic goal is simple. This is to identify and implement improvement opportunities.

The one thing I love about the graduate program here is that you are given full responsibility and accountability for your work, which has truly set us up for our future career.

As a Graduate within Finance, I have had the chance to work in a number of teams on a range of exciting projects.

What I love most about Digital is the fact that it is so broad and provides so many different opportunities.

I was drawn to the opportunity to experience and understand the detailed aspects of such an intricate operation and also make an impact by delivering on real projects.
