8.3 rating for Working Hours, based on 42 reviews
How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
It is extremely flexible with work from home. I come in whenever my team do, although I would like to come in more often (2-3 times a week instead of 1-2).

Coles is very flexible in terms of working from home. There are no set times/days that you need to be in the office.

Very flexible in the office, able to work from home if need be or catch up on hours.

My typical day lasts 9 hours. Within that I take an hour lunch break and get additional 15 minute break. I work Monday to Friday. Our team is pretty flexible - We have team members who need to drop their kids off at school and do school pick up, so they'll block out that time in their schedules and make up that time somewhere else.

I work more than my contracted hours because there is a lot of pressure and work to get done. I spend about 18 hours a week actually at work and then the rest is from home. It's a very flexible workplace in terms of working from home but there is a lot of pressure.

Office days vary on the team. My team goes in once a week to work face-to-face, but you are welcome to go in whenever you like.

I have to work 40hours per week, which I can do in any matter I see fit. Coles is very accommodating when it comes to attending appointments during work time and I feel I can fit work around my personal life, instead of the other way around.

Very flexible depending on your team - I do 2 days WFH, and 3 in the office

Work hours are usually 8-5 with an hour lunch break. In saying this, they are very flexible in the times that you can start. If you need to finish or rearrange your working hours for a particular reason, they are quite flexible also.
