Justin [00:00:01] Okay. So after grads have kind of gone through that whole application process, when can they actually expect to hear back from you? Like how long after they've sort of finish off that process?

Rem [00:00:09] So when grads can hear back from us depends a little bit on the actual stage of the selection process that they've gone through to. I'll give you the example of our Discovery Centers. So for graduates who perspective to make it through to that final stage with us our discovery centers. They can expect to hear back within five business days. My team and I make phone calls to every single candidate that attends a discovery center to give them an outcome firstly, but also to give them verbal feedback. So whether they've been successful or unsuccessful, every single person who attends a discovery center gets feedback from us. And we think that's really important because even if they're not successful, hopefully it helps them in applications moving forward.

Justin [00:00:56] And nobody ever tries to fight you over the phone if they're, you know, disagree with your negative outcome or something.

Rem [00:01:02] Some people don't agree with the outcome. And we can we can understand that. But I would say 99% of people are just incredibly grateful. One, to receive a phone call and two, to receive detailed feedback.

Justin [00:01:16] Exactly. Now, I agree with the feedback. Right. Like, if without that, you're just kind of left wondering, it's like breaking up in a relationship and then never understanding why.

Rem [00:01:25] So we don't ghost people.

Justin [00:01:27] Yes. You don't ghost anyone at Coles.

Rem [00:01:28] We don't ghost anyone at Coles.

Justin [00:01:30] It's a healthy relationship.
