Justin [00:00:01] So what would you think are your top three tips for grads who are applying for roles at Coles?
Rem [00:00:06] So my top three tips for grads applying for roles at Coles. First up is do your research. We want people to be really clear and passionate about why they want to join Kohl's. Second is be really clear on why you want to join the team or the function that you're applying for. We want to see that passion come through and why that's the right career move for you, because there's a myriad of options out there and we want to make sure it's the right fit. And then the third thing it's a little bit cliche, but it's really true is be yourself. We are looking through the recruitment process, particularly at the Discovery Center stage. We are looking to see who you are as an individual because you are a whole person. And that whole person has a lot to potentially offer to us as an employer. And we want to see that come through, not just, for example, what you think we want to hear.
Justin [00:1:07] Okay. Yeah, that's excellent. And I totally agree with that third point about being yourself. I mean, I've been on both ends of hiring and applying to positions and I think with this pressure to be your best self or show your best self off, it can sometimes ruin a little bit of the authenticity of the way you present yourself. So I can certainly see kind of why that's something that you really looking for.
